Digital Sales Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook, and others as needed
  • Innovative mindset; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of selling content on multiple platforms
  • Proficient in data entry across multiple platforms
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; a team player; assertive, goal-oriented and self-motivated

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns to achieve superior results
  • Coordinate with an account management team on digital accounts to ensure delivery of objectives
  • Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and work under deadlines
  • Using Google Analytics & other campaign monitoring tools in order to provide clients with insight about their campaigns
  • Maintain a daily monitoring on active digital campaigns:
    • OSI-Verify orders are booked and billed correctly
    • DFP-Monitor campaigns for timely delivery and suggest optimization to DSM/GSM
    • Vendor Interfaces- Enter orders and produce reports for active campaigns
  • Keep DSM/GSM informed of any critical fulfillment/workflow  issues
  • Assist AEs with proper order entry & billing; review quality of campaigns to be booked
  • Enhance the current “workflow” to ensure the smooth transition of all campaigns: order entry to fulfillment
  • Suggest & recommend “optimization” to be implemented for internal work flow purposes
  • Examine click thru URLs and ad destination/landing pages for accuracy
  • Look at websites of active digital campaigns and those to be booked  to ensure quality and therefore good campaign performance
  • Look for upsell opportunities within existing digital campaigns
    • Bring these opportunities to the AE as well as DSM/GSM
  • Other duties as assigned by the Digital Sales Manager, Local Sales Manager or General Sales Manager.

  • Perform live shots from the newsroom and in the field.  Anchor and produce newscasts as assigned.  Serving as a public representative of KEZI 9 News at various community functions.
  • College degree in journalism or related discipline required.  Two plus years prior television news experience as an anchor/reporter preferred.  Ability to produce newscasts.  Ability to work shifts as assigned including weekends and weekdays.  Ability to use, transport and lift video camera equipment and tripod (approx.  55 lbs.) without assistance from a grip or videographer.  Proficient at shooting and editing under extreme deadline pressure.  Outstanding interpersonal skills and a team player.
